Mommy tried to get a shot of me actually wearing the hat. But, heh heh, she was alone and I was FASTER! So, here is me winning the duel and pulling the hat off before she even has time to get the camera ready! Nice try mommy!
And, as you can see, I was not deterred from walking my little cart up the hill. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I walk my little cart up the hill ALL BY MYSELF! And, I am very good at it. I rarely fall and usually only stop...
To look back and make sure my hat is back there on the ground right where I left it! I just do not like that hat!
Mommy will post more pictures of our time at Uncle Josh's wedding later in the week once she gets them organized... at least that is what she told me before I went to bed!

Greto Family Updates
Hi dear ones,
I am sorry I have not written in awhile. Mommy has some -- well, lots -- of pictures to load up for you to see. But, we have been very busy and traveling a lot. I hope to remind her to post the pics some time tomorrow!
Love,
JMG

Me and my hat...
Well, Auntie A has a legitimate request. However, as much as mommy and daddy tried to put the hat on me and keep it on just long enough to get a picture... I was FASTER! HAAA HAAA! And, I was able to get that silly hat off as fast as they could get it on. They even went so far as to try and get one with some sort of ties! Well, I showed them! While we were in the store I displayed my incredible speed at ripping it off... so, I have now challenged mommy to a photo-hat-wearing duel! We shall see if the next blog posting actually has me in said hat... here is a picture of what it looks like on a child that has clearly been PAID to wear these silly things: http://store.babycenter.com/product/code/18146.do?scid=SSE:GOO&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=219104
So... keep watching the blog to see who will win the baby sun hat DUEL!

Glendale Here We Come
Hi everyone! We went to AZ last week to visit friends and to see Thunderbird. It was an incredible trip and I did really well on the 5 and half hour flight out there. I was really impressed with how green and spacious everything is in the AZ area! I mean, there are no really big buildings and, well, its kind of flat in the city, but when you look out, all around you are these incredible mountains. It's really lovely. Check it out:

Mommy said it was a lot greener than she thought it would be and daddy said that Uncle Linc thought that by the time we get moved in things will be pretty brown in the summer. Oh well, it was nice and sunny. Daddy and mommy kept putting this silly hat on me and that is not cool! But, I better get used to it since Hot Summer AZ here we come!

In my mind I'm going to Carolina
Many thanks to our wonderful friends down in NC! We had a great time on the way to Charlotte visiting with our friends, the Kellys and their two fun kitties! I tried to catch them but, well, kitties are faster than me.
Then, in Charlotte, we visited with Mommy's two great friends. I got to swing in Aunt Katie's so fun backyard!!!
And, I have a new girlfriend. Her name is Caroline and she is Aunt Janet's little girl. We had a great time and I was very thankful that she shared her toys with me so well. And, would hold my hand when we rode in the car together.
I was also able to spend some time with my great buddies, Luke and Mattie! We had so much fun! I really loved watching them walk!!! I think I might try it soon myself. But, we really had the most fun playing in the bath with NO water. And, Mattie is my blond girlfriend but don't tell Caroline.

I look quite comfortable here...
Some people may wonder what a 9 month old does on a Saturday. Well, I was very busy last Saturday. Mommy dressed me all up in my nice outfit from Miss Suzy for Jocie's Christening and luncheon. Daddy thought it would be a good idea to play some music before we headed out. So, there I sat looking really quite at home, don't I? I was reading this piece...
Here, I realized mommy had the camera
One last image of the sun shining in on me. Don't I look angelic?

Coffee is not just for grown-ups!
All of you folks out there that love the stuff that my parents grind and brew daily, will appreciate my small tribute to coffee. It might be in a bit of a round-about way... Here is my tribute to our coffee table. I love our coffee table! It is so cool. Mommy and Daddy say that one of the reason they picked this set out years ago was because they thought it would be great for kids -- and they are RiGHT! I should know, I am their first, and best, and well who wants to think about there being any others right now anyway...
Back to my coffee table... Here I am crawling in it!
It is where I keep all of my special treasures... like my awesome Robeez! I love these shoes and I especially love them INSIDE MY COFFEE TABLE. See, mommy and daddy say that coffee starts their day off right and well, coffee with my table is just right for me too.
And, well, when I am not in my coffee table, I love to jam away on my fun music table... I guess I am just really into tables these days!
See you next time!

Congratulations Daddy!
I love this balloon! Mommy bought it for daddy because he got some really great news -- something about the top two IMBA programs in the US -- I'm not sure about all of that but I love this balloon. It SINGS! It sings a really fun song and I like to dance to it -- Celebrate good times, Come on!
The balloon is almost twice as big as me:
This is also one of my favorite outfits, its my favorite color and, well, mommy puts it on me a lot. And, you cannot tell from this picture but I have been working on my crazy balance skills! Today I stood next to the table, holding on, then let go and stood for a good 4 seconds before I sat down. Now, guys, c'mon, give me some props! This is HUGE people! Aunt Kristen was sooo impressed that I had to dance for her too!
